PayPal is having an issue with their mass payment functionality so payments have not been
made yet. We hope for PayPal for resolve the issues as soon as possible and be able to
make payment within the next 24 hours. But it all depends on whether or not PayPal can
correct the issue they are having. Sorry and thank you for understanding.
